After graduating from Geneseo Central School in June 2013, Carman pursued higher education and earned a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida in 2017.
Since 2018, he has been actively involved in developing multiple business concepts, has given presentations to industry groups on the growth of overnight RV parking, and currently leverages his expertise in the hospitality industry as a consultant. Shane Carman's journey embodies a commitment to community and a passion for excellence in hospitality management.
Diego and Ximena Giraldo
Diego and Ximena Giraldo are a multi-talented couple originally hailing from Colombia and currently split their time between Florida and New Hampshire. Their journey to the United States presented challenges such as adapting to a new language, culture, and economy, but they quickly embraced the American way of life. Diego is a firm believer in the power of knowledge and works tirelessly to help others establish themselves as citizens of the United States.
Diego's career spans from being a journeyman electrician to studying computer science in college. He's passionate about technology, real estate, music, and sports. With unwavering support from his family and faith in God, Diego leads a balanced life of work and leisure, often enjoying outdoor activities.
Their commitment to the arts and sports is evident, and also to the tennis schools that have been established in Benin, Africa, Cozumel, Mexico, and Gifford, Florida through Live Your Passion. Diego and Ximena also see the immense potential for real estate growth in the area, with plans for a facility that can accommodate artists and art lovers alike.
Their dedication to personal growth is reflected in their extensive reading list, which includes influential authors like Robert Kiyosaki, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and Dr. Stephen Covey. Diego has been reading The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to the point that he has set a personal goal to master the habits. Diego and Ximena are the founders of the Stone Soup Foundation, which provides affordable housing for single mothers and opportunities for talented children to excel in life, earning scholarships to universities through sports and arts. Ximena has also been establishing daycares to improve the communities where they are investing in real estate, ensuring the future of these communities are in the hands of locals and preserving cultural traditions.
